Annual El Paso MOAA Outreach Foundation Memorial Scholarship Program

Deadline for SY 2022-2023 Scholarship Application : April 1st, 2022

Applications are now being accepted for the El Paso Military Officers Association of America Outreach Foundation Memorial Scholarship 2022. Applications are hosted on the El Paso Community Foundation website. Submissions are accepted now through 1 April 2022.

Active duty military, veterans, and dependents are eligible for this scholarship. Click the link (https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=epcfscholarship​) to begin the process.

After completing the new account form and the verification process, you will be presented with the "Apply" page.
