Your membership application begins here. The membership application will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The last page of the application is the Payment Page. Annual membership includes six hard copies of our newsletter, The Border Bulletin, and our Membership Directory (MEMB/FOC: $20) or six electronic copies of the newsletter and the membership directory (MEMB-E/FOC-E: $15). No entry should be more than 50 characters, including spaces.  Dues are non-refundable. If you desire to join for multiple years or you have questions, please contact Bill Moore at 915-842-9650.
