Donation Information

NAME
The name of this organization shall be El Paso Outreach Foundation of the Military Officers Association of America, herein after referred to as the MOAA Outreach Foundation. Short Title: elpasomoaaoutreach.org.

The El Paso Chapter Outreach Foundation is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the foundation shall be to seek donations and sponsor fund raising events to support, fund and enhance MOAA objectives and El Paso MOAA Chapter activities; educate and encourage participation in local and national legislative issues and decisions; sponsor educational scholarships; support local individual service member's, units' needs, events, and special requests for support from Active, Reserve, National Guard, Public Health, Retiree, Veteran, Spouse's, and Beneficiaries in the local Military community.
