Your membership application begins here. The membership application will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The last page of the application is the Payment Page. Annual membership includes six hard copies of our newsletter, The Border Bulletin, and our Membership Directory (MEMB: $20) or six electronic copies of the newsletter and the membership directory (MEMB-E: $15).  Dues are non-refundable.
